Our client hosted an event in San Francisco at Bill Graham Auditorium for 2,500 guests. dai's design team created attractive, themed invitations that were distributed to the customer base.

The key components included in the invitation:  corporate product branding, event recognition logo, portrayal of an upscale, luxurious event, advertisement of featured name entertainer to generate additional draw and incorporation of the Streets of San Francisco theme.  The response mechanism consisted of dai’s online registration and mail-back RSVP’s.

For this particular event the auditorium was transformed with Streets of San Francisco décor including Ghirardelli Square, Chinatown, North Beach, Fisherman’s Wharf and the Wine Country; and, each scene had street performers and themed food to match.
